Antigua and the much smaller island of Barbuda form a dual island nation. V.C. Bird International Airport, the island's only airport, is about 5 miles northeast of the capital, St. John's; there are no non-stop flights from Chicago. Mid-May round-trips on a single carrier from O'Hare run about $800, though sporadic deals bring the price tag down to $515."
