Daily flights have commenced between St. Lucia's Hewanorra International Airport and St. Vincent and the Grenadines E.T. Joshua airport seven days a week. Departing flights leave St. Lucia at 4:15 p.m. and arrive at St. Vincent at 4:35 p.m.; the return trip leaves St. Vincent at 10:30 a.m. and arrives at St. Lucia at 10:50 a.m. Convenience doesn't come cheap, however. St. Lucia Star Online : "St Lucians can this Christmas look forward to an increase in the number of services currently operated by Air Jamaica into St Lucia. The airline which currently operates three services into the Hewanorra International Airport on Thursdays, Saturdays and Mondays, will as of December commence daily services into St Lucia from New York until mid-January 2008."
