Airlines waive fees, cruise ships shift for Tropical Storm Fay

LATimes.com: "Headed to Florida or the Caribbean? As Tropical Storm Fay rakes the region, you may be able to change your flight without paying penalties. And if you’re cruising, expect port changes and delays. Check often with your airline or cruise line."

However note that many islands of the caribbean have not been affected nor have been in the path of tropical storm fay...for example,Barbados,St.Lucia,Antigua,Trinidad and Tobago,Anguilla,Grenada....and the list goes on...although it is the hurricane season it does not mean that you will be at risk for your stay on many of the islands...
