LIAT, the Star of the Caribbean

Caribbean Star is going to be absorbed by LIAT and the new airline will be called LIAT, the Star of the Caribbean. Allen Stanford,Lone shareholder in Caribbean Star is actually going to be the financier of the new airline with US$35 million loan to help clear LIAT debt,however he will not be a shareholder in the new airline.
